Frequently asked questions
How quickly will you reply?
Usually within one working day. A person reads and answers every message.
Where is my order?
Use the tracking code in your confirmation email on our Track Your Parcel page. If the code has not arrived yet, the order is still inside the 24 to 48 hour handling window.
How long does delivery take?
5 to 7 days to your door after handling, right across Australia.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders of $100 or more, otherwise a flat $27.50, which is also the express rate. All prices include GST.
Can you help me work out which size I need?
Yes, and it is worth asking before you order. Send us the width and height of the opening and we will tell you which size covers it. Remember that you order the size ABOVE your opening and cut it down.
Can you tell me which mesh to choose?
Send us a description of the problem. Standard mesh is for flies and mosquitoes, midge mesh for no-see-ums and sand flies, pet proof mesh for a cat or a dog.
Do you have a phone number?
There is an international call centre number below. Email is usually faster and it gives us your measurements in writing.
Can I visit you?
No. The Norwest address is an administration office, not a shop or a warehouse, so there is nothing to collect from it.
I want to return something. What do I do?
Message us with your order number and what you would like to do. The full terms are on the refunds and returns page: 30 days, unused, in the original packaging.
Something arrived damaged.
Tell us straight away and send a photograph if you can. Damaged, faulty or misdescribed goods are covered by the Australian Consumer Law and that is on us, not on you.
Do you sell to trade?
Yes. The wholesale page is the place to start, and it goes to the same desk.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Message us as soon as you can. Once an order has left us it becomes a return rather than a cancellation.
