Great service and product. This flyscreen is easy to install and works really well keeping Flys out of the house. The cats are still able to get out their cat flap too. Much sturdier fabric then what you can buy at Bunnings or Mitre 10. Highly recommended

I needed a simple to install, simple to use product, to combat incessant flies coming in through our upstairs balcony in Brisbane. The door being open is essential for the all important breeze, but the flies were unwelcome. Magnetic options were not ideal, and traditional fly screen mesh blocks the breeze. Amazingly, the dangling chains block no breeze, do not block the view much as the loops in the chain are quite open, and not a single fly!!! And I can just unhook it and take it down if I do not want it there all the time. Also amazingly, this product was delivered in just a few days, in the days before Christmas. Tick, tick, tick. Highly recommend the product and company for prompt service.
I have ordered 3 screens from the magnetic door company. They are on the outside of my house and I leave them up all summer. They last about 2 years with the wear and tear but I would recommend them - they keep the mosquitos and flies out and are simple to use and do not detract from my view

How long does it last?
It is built for repeated seasonal use. The parts that age are the battery and the charging port, so charge it over USB rather than forcing a cable and it lasts.
Is it better than a spray?
For the single mosquito keeping you awake, yes: it deals with that one insect and leaves nothing behind. For an infestation, a screen on the window is the real fix and the racket is what handles what gets past it.
Do I need to hold the button down?
Yes, the charge is live only while the button is pressed, which is what makes it safe to leave on a bench.
Can I take it on a plane?
That is a matter for the airline, because it carries a rechargeable battery. Check with your carrier before you pack it.
Does it come charged?
Give it a full charge before first use. That is normal for a rechargeable device that has been in storage and transit.

Why a racket rather than a spray
A spray puts chemicals into the room you are about to sleep in and a coil puts smoke there. A racket kills the one insect that is annoying you and leaves nothing behind. It is quiet, it does not smell, and it is safe to use around a family and a pet.
